During the speech of Hon. Eduardo D. Leyson IV in behalf of Hon. Darlene Magnolia R. Antonino-Custodio at the Pumping Station No. 14 Inauguration and Facilities Blessing last March 7, 2012 located at Purok 16, Promiseland, Barangay Mabuhay, this City, the good gentleman said that the planning, development and management of water resources must keep pace with current realities.

The newest addition in the city is the Pumping Station No. 14 that will surely form an integral part in the everyday lives of the people residing in the vicinity.

The Inauguration and Facilities Blessing was graced by Chairman of the Board of GSC Water District, Engr. Leonardo Teves and Hon. Eduardo D. Leyson IV as the representative of City Mayor Darlene Antonino-Custodio. 

More upcoming water pump stations are to be installed and opened in the future to serve the public and to supply clean and potable water across the city especially that the growing number of population is fast increasing.
