All is set when the local campaign for the 2010 local elections. Everyone expected it to be intense. Indeed, it was. Distributing of flyer, shaking hands with local constituents, posting of tarpaulins and other campaign paraphernalia was over. Results were announced, winners were inaugurated and losers accepted defeat.
