Yet another basketball court has been constructed and donated by the Local Government Unit of General Santos City through the efforts of Congressman Pedro "JUN" Acharon Jr. and some of the barangay officials of Labangal headed by Barangay Kagawad Melchor Gepte.

Last October 6, 2012 City Councilor Eduardo D. Leyson IV graced the blessing ceremony of the said basketball court at Purok San Roque in Barangay Labangal this City.

City Councilor ED LEYSON IV made a ceremonial shot during the ceremony with our beloved congressman.

Congressman Pedro "JUN" Acharon made the basketball court possible by donating 30 bags of cement.

The newly constructed basketball court will surely make the youth of Barangay Labangal active and occupied. In addition, this will keep the out of school youth to be fit and remain focus. Both the young and old will come and socialize at the basketball court.
